In the spring of 2021, he joined the MCC Debate Academy team and was immediately drawn to the world of rational debate and the enthusiasm of its staff. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to investing in the development of youth and future generations. Being part of a program whose primary goal is to promote a culture of debate across the Carpathian Basin is an honor for him.

As the program manager of the Debate Academy, he prioritizes the development and implementation of a well-structured program that is accessible to various age groups and communities. Beyond fostering personal skills, the program also provides knowledge that extends beyond MCC’s core fields of expertise, offering valuable insights applicable to all areas of life, both within and beyond national borders.
